COOS ENVIRONMENT AND PARENTS

Our home is a heaven for pigs! We welcome everyone to visit and meet our pig parents before selecting your piglet. Remember, not all pigs are created equal! Many misrepresent the basic conditions in which animals are kept. Most customers want a forever pig, not just a cute baby that will grow to 100+ lbs later. We stand behind the size and quality of our piglets and are not afraid to prove it.

MORE INFO

· Here at COOS Piggys Home, we guarantee all of our piglets to be healthy upon delivery.

· Our pigs are indoor/house pigs. The babies are handled and very socialized, however, expect them to be scared and unsure of you at first until you form the forever bond of trust piglets must form with each and every person, so they only happens with time and patience..

The expected adult size of our piglets is in the range of the parent’s size..

· Piglets are litter box trained and wormed..

You pick a name and we will start teaching it to them even before we send them over to you..

We will keep you posted with updates and pigtures weekly as they grow..

· We do not sell piglets as bottle babies because we want the best for our pigs, and they thrive with their moms. However, if you are prepared to take on bottle feeding, it is manageable after 4-6 weeks...

· All piglets will be spayed or neutered unless other arrangements are made (this is included in the price). We strongly encourage spaying and neutering, as intact pigs do not make good house pets due to hormonal behavior. All piglets are sold without breeding rights, though breeding rights are available for qualified buyers. Important Note About Anesthesia: Never allow your vet to use Ketamine or Halothane for sedation. The only safe anesthesia for mini pigs is ISO (Isoflurane gas). Keep this in mind if your pig ever requires surgery.

· Piglets go home with an information sheet and a baggie of food. You can also purchase additional feed when you pick up your piglet to ensure you have enough to get started. We provide all the information you need to care for your piglet, both before and after bringing them home..
